OUR PROCESSES
Materials - Introductory Information
All our raw materials, mainly clay, come from our country,
Peru. This material is extracted from the volcanic soils of the Sierra region
Peruvian.
We begin working with raw clay stone, which is clay in its
natural state as it is extracted from the quarries.
We add specific minerals to the clay powder to improve the
properties of the mixture. These minerals can influence resistance,
texture and color of the final ceramic.
Once the pieces are removed from the mold, they are fired in an oven at 1040°C.
This process gives them greater hardness, transforming them from solid clay into pieces
ceramics known as “biscuit”.

From the initial moodboard, through 2D sketches, drawings
in 3D, laser prints, clay modeling, compositions of
shapes and finishes, etc. and everything necessary for the client to
understand our proposal and we can satisfy you.
